Eli Tene | Managing Director and Principal of the Peak Entities
Eli Tene specializes in complex and creative residential and commercial real estate transactions, equity-based joint ventures, foreclosures, debt and equity financing, loss mitigation and in the upgrading of distressed properties. Throughout his varied career, Tene has perfected the art of residential and commercial short sale and has negotiated thousands of successful transactions.
Gil Priel | Managing Director and Principal of the Peak Entities
Gil Priel | has been involved in the real estate industry since 1978, starting with the private equity acquisition and management of several office buildings in the Los Angeles area and growing it into a sizable mixed real estate portfolio over many states. Priel has worked in all phases of the real estate industry including commercial and residential development and management, financing (portfolio lending for commercial and residential properties), non-performing debt acquisition, broken development deal completion and private equity bridge financing.
Donna Kreisler | Chief Operating Officer for the Peak entities
Donna Kreisler serves as Chief Operating Officer for the Peak entities, bringing over 20 years of sales experience in retail, consumer, and commercial real estate to the organization. In this role, Kreisler not only manages the day-to-day operations of all entities associated with the network, but also works with the principals and unit managers to set, monitor, and achieve long-term strategic goals.
Kreisler’s diverse background has deep roots domestically and internationally. She honed her skills in the restaurant and hospitality industry in the United States before moving overseas to pursue a successful career as a sales and training consultant, training over 10,000 people in both the retail and financial services industries..
Gary D. Putnam | Executive Vice President Financial Strategies for the Peak Entities
Gary D. Putnam is Executive Vice President Financial Strategies for the Peak Corporate Network entities. Putnam joined the company in 2007.
Previously, Putnam was Senior Vice President at Quality Home Loans, a national mortgage banking company where he managed a 20-person compliance department. He has served as a senior manager for three large banking institutions, a CFO for a large manufacturing company, and an independent financial consultant as well as owning and operating three of his own businesses.
Putnam is an attorney and an active member of the Oregon State Bar. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
Jill Wosnak | Vice President, Director of Operations for the Peak Entities
Jill joined the company in 2015, and brings over twenty years of comprehensive experience in operations management including full financial/budget responsibility, and effective setup and management of business units to increase profitability.
Her skillset in long and short-term strategic planning and management will be leveraged to improve operational integrity in all business activities, ranging from recruiting and hiring to sales and marketing.
